Why should I stop consuming cow milk? PDF Print E-mail

Milk products contain neither ballast nor complex carbohydrates, they are unfortunately rich in saturated fats and cholesterol. Often they contain pesticides, hormones and antibiotics, which come through cow’s blood. Cow milk products cause allergies, fatness, blood-vessel occlusion, heart diseases, cancer and other illnesses.

Dr. Benjamin Spock, leading authority in children medicine, warned against using cow milk for children nutrition. He explained that cow milk can cause anaemia, allergies and even insulin dependant diabetes. On long term, cow milk provokes fatness and heart diseases.

New studies show, that milk can even cause washing out calcium from our bones, so that cow milk products are responsible for osteoporosis, instead of preventing it. The human body needs extra amount of calcium to proceed phosphor from cow milk. So that more calcium is used, than milk contains. And this calcium is taken from bones. This was shown in the Harward University study, covering more than 75 000 people, as well as population metering.

Cow milk products are almost not known in Asia, the consumption is very low. However, the Asian population does not suffer from osteoporosis at all!
